Artist's Description

A portrait of a Razorbill. This beautiful bird is a member of the Auk family and is known for the white stripe that runs from it's eyes to it's beak. I had never heard of a razorbill before, much less seen one, until the day I went to Location 2 to photography puffins for my book “Explorer’s Guide to Wildlife Adventures”. The puffins and razorbills share the tiny island for a short period each year to breed before returning out to sea.

For more information about the auks and puffins, check out the book "Explorer's Guide to Wildlife Adventures". The Guide is available on Amazon, search for it by the ISBN: 9781975711351.
